Questions and queries

What will the weather be like?

In May, temperatures range from highs of 23 degrees, to lows of 15 degrees. Whilst it is warm during the day, it can become cool in the evenings. Please also note that the welcome party and wedding ceremony will be hosted outdoors.

Is there a dress code?

We have outlined a dress code in order to assist with your packing! Please refer to the 'schedule' tab for information about the welcome party and the wedding ceremony/reception, which includes a dress code and suggestions. We encourage you to wear garments you'll feel fabulous in, keeping in mind the warm weather.

Are my children invited?

By and large, this is an adult's only wedding with the exception of a small number of children, who have been invited by name via the text message directing you to our website. Please RSVP on their behalves via the 'schedule' tab if they're able to join us! If your attendance might be limited without an option to bring your children or arrange childcare, please message us - we can work something out!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP at your earliest convenience; we must confirm exact numbers with our venues on 1st April 2024.

How should I RSVP?

There is an option to 'RSVP' under the 'schedule' tab. The button will direct you to a form, asking for your personal details and whether or not you can attend any of the events. If you find it all a bit of a faff, just let one of us know and we can manually submit an RSVP on your behalf!

Do I need to wear an Indian outfit?

No, not at all. In fact, the wedding in Mallorca will be a traditional western-style wedding (although you may note that for the dress code inspiration, we included the option for Indian clothing for those who may want to wear it).

When do I need to arrive in Mallorca?

Our first event takes place on the evening of Friday 24th May, so we would suggest arriving into the island that afternoon. If you do plan to arrive earlier, don't be shy and let us know! We will be here from Tuesday 21st May, and would love to organise some informal plans in the run-up to the weekend for those interested.

Will we be updated if last minute activities are organised?

Once we have received RSVPs, we will create a WhatsApp group for all guests (as we don't expect you to keep checking the website)! We will use this to communicate important information, any changes made, last minute activities/excursions and of course, photos/memes/dad jokes etc.

Should we share flight information with you?

Mainly down to excitement, we would love to know which of you are arriving when, so we can come and say hello. It could also allow for carpooling from the airport for solo guests and couples!

There are some things I can't/wouldn't eat. How shall I communicate my dietary requirements?

At the point of RSVP, there is an option to declare any dietary requirements. We will devise our menu following a tasting early next year, and we will communicate with the relevant people to ensure everyone enjoys the food! For those of you familiar with the groom's palette, you'll know this will be a tough gig.

Can I post about the wedding on social media?

Yes, of course. We would be grateful for any memories captured during the weekend and we endeavour to create an upload link that will allow sharing of pictures deemed insta-worthy/can be used against people in the future. There will be professional photographers helping us along the way, but who doesn't love a good candid?

I have a different question.

There may be a few things we have missed! If you have any other questions, just send us a message.
